Commencing 1st July 2023, Administrative Appeals Tribunal fee increase has been gazetted by the Australian government.
- Application fee for AAT review for decisions other than a decision relating to protection visas has now been increased to AUD 3374. The previous aat fee for review of decisions other than the protection visas was AUD 3153.
- Application fee for AAT review of Part 7 reviewable decision relating to protection visas has been increased to AUD 2076. The previous aat fee for review of decisions relating to protection visas was AUD 1890.
