- Additional subjects could include child development and protection, social justice, mental health, case management, group theory, drug and alcohol issues, psychology, youth work, crisis intervention, working with children and families, community development, juvenile justice, and family violence.
Community Work Australia does not recognize a qualification where RPL is more than 40% to achieve the qualification. Formerly, ACWA also does not recognize very short qualifications as insufficient to gain the relevant skills and knowledge.
