What is the cost of Community Work Australia skill assessment for migration purposes?
Formerly ACWA skill assessment fees can be paid by MasterCard and Visa card and are non-refundable.

Community Work Australia Skill Assessment Processing Time 2025
The current processing time for (formerly ACWA) skill assessment is 10-12 weeks. As per the Community Work website, this is an approximate time, and the assessment time may increase for complex cases.
How can I contact Community Work Australia skilled migration assessment team?
Skill assessment team can only be contacted by email: assessments@acwa.org.au. anyone looking to contact the ACWS assessment team cannot be contacted by phone and the email will be responded to in 7 days’ time as per the website.
Can I apply for a review if I get a negative Community Work Australia Skill Assessment?
An applicant who gets a negative assessment can apply for a review through Interim Appeal or Review form Skills Assessment.

The Aged Care Industry Agreement (ILA) is recognised by the Australian Government to address current workforce shortages in the Aged Care Industry. The Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement helps in the recruitment of Age Care workers from overseas to work in Australia where the Australian workforce is unable to fulfil the worker shortages.
